The most amazing beef broth ever. We go for lunch, but for tonight, I went and got two medium phở with all the fixings and no meat. Then I stopped at the butcher and got a grass fed filet sliced thin. Tonight we'll drop pieces of raw meat into the hot soup where they cook for a second and then melt in the mouth.
That and a 2007 Domaine de Cristia Chateauneuf-du-Pape.
