In Mill Valley, Marin County just North of the Golden Gate, cycling is everywhere. On the weekends all the little roads from the 101 up and over to the Coast are populated with cyclists. As evidence to this Whole Paycheck (a boutique grocery chain) has put this work station out in front of it's local. There is no bike shop in this particular unassuming strip mall, but if you should break down here, there are a variety of tools and a pump just outside of their overpriced produce, beer, and deli.
