Although the shadow is the main subject matter in the image, it seems almost secondary by the compelling scene taking place 'behind' it. Makes me wonder what is going on and why and where is this? Compelling image.

Looks like a party...
That's UC Berkeley students protesting about the economic situation plaguing our school systems.
They ended up shutting down the 880 freeway during rush hour.
Very cool Shadow Shot! The protesters in the background add color to this scene.
