Last Friday HOT Afternoon, between 16th and 17th. Almost didn't get into Puerto Allegre for a late lunch cause the Water Depo had to shut them down for a couple of hours. Almost.

How the hell you gonna walk your fixie through that mess?
If you're walking your fixie you're probably wearing your sister's jeans, too. Rolled up appropriately and therefore keepin' you high an dry.
That's happened a couple of times here in Los Angeles lately too!! What's up with that... the cheap city doesn't fix things right and wastes our water as a result.
