The Bay Area Super Prestige series kicks off this Sunday in San Francisco's McClaren Park. I've found attending these cross events is a lot of fun (rain/mud helps). Northern California has quite a few different race series going on, Santa Rosa, Livermore, Central Coast, Sacto, Reno, all have their own series. This early in season (all season?) the course is dry and fast, so spectating is... easy and clean. The Juniors 10 -14 are hilarious and awesome, and The Showdown is at noon; Cat A Men. Get an early start on Sunday, grab a big coffee and head down to McClaren to see the fun. It's free, it's outside, and it doesn't take all day. Bring Your Cowbell.
