I Hate When That Happens

I had a bicycle question today. I have a small collection of books down in the lab. There is also a couple of forums that can be searched for answers pretty quickly. But occasionally there are questions that are not covered in either area, and a call to the local shop will give you an answer from, possibly, a sub-reliable source. I'd like 20+ years experience in the answer. In the past, two or three times, I dropped an email to Captain Bike. I would get back, quick, thorough, and courteous responses. These could have been written by his minions, but they were signed by him, and I believe they were from the Captain. I learned a lot from his website, and a little bit more from himself.
